Artwork Story

Vitralume gathers irregular jewel-like panels into a dense, glowing mosaic. Amber and honeyed ivory illuminate the center, while turquoise, indigo, garnet, and smoky plum deepen the surrounding field. Fine dark boundaries define each fragment, and subtle marks inside the shapes create the impression of hand-worked glass seen under changing light. No single color dominates for long, so the eye continues to travel through the composition.

The work is suited to an interior that embraces richness and material contrast. It can warm a dark dining room, add a crafted note above a leather sofa, or create an intimate focal point in a bar or library. Pair it with walnut, aged brass, or charcoal paint and let the amber passages provide visual illumination. Because the mosaic is highly detailed, keep adjacent textiles largely solid and allow enough viewing distance for the fragments to merge into one coherent field.

What Is Premium Crystal AcrylGlass?

Premium Crystal AcrylGlass is a gallery-format acrylic presentation material with a refined, glass-like surface. It is acrylic rather than conventional mineral glass, offering impressive clarity, a clean contemporary presence and a distinctive sense of visual depth while remaining lighter and more shatter-resistant than traditional glass.

• Standard panel: 3/16 in (5 mm) Premium Crystal AcrylGlass
• Back structure: Aluminum back frame
• Hanging system: Concealed metal French cleat
• Installation: Ready to hang after the wall rail has been securely installed
• Display effect: The concealed rear mounting creates an elegant floating effect

Because wall construction varies, use fasteners appropriate for the wall type and the weight of the selected artwork. Two-person or professional installation is recommended for oversized formats.

Optional Translucent Edition

A 1/8 in (3 mm) translucent edition is available by custom request. It uses perimeter metal standoff bolts instead of a central French-cleat back frame, leaving the area behind the artwork open for a customer-supplied LED panel or LED tape. The translucent panel allows light placed behind it to pass through the artwork, while the perimeter mounting helps minimize obstructions and unwanted shadows.

LED lighting, wiring, power supplies, controllers and electrical installation are not included. Availability, compatible sizes, pricing and production time must be confirmed before ordering.

Insured Delivery & Transit-Damage Replacement

Every artwork travels by complimentary insured courier delivery. If a panel arrives damaged in transit, EthansGlassVogue will produce and send a replacement at no additional cost. Please photograph the exterior packaging and the artwork upon arrival, retain all packaging materials, and contact us promptly at info@piccolounoarts.com.

Production & Care

Each artwork is made to order. Standard production is approximately 5–12 business days; oversized formats can require up to 20 business days for finishing, inspection and protective packaging. Clean only with a soft microfiber cloth and water.
