These Terms of Service govern your use of the EthansGlassVogue online store and any purchase made through this website. In these Terms, “EthansGlassVogue,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the store operator, and “you” refers to any visitor or customer. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

1. Store and products

EthansGlassVogue offers made-to-order Crystal AcrylGlass wall art and related bespoke services. Product photographs and digital room mockups are intended to represent the artwork as accurately as reasonably possible. Colors, brightness, scale, cropping, and reflections can vary because of screen settings, lighting, chosen dimensions, production tolerances, and the character of the material. Measurements shown in inches and centimeters are approximate.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to place an order. You may use this website only for lawful personal or business purposes. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, scrape protected content in violation of applicable law, or use our artwork, photographs, text, or brand assets without permission.

3. Product information and availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep descriptions, images, prices, dimensions, production times, and availability accurate. We may correct errors or omissions before fulfillment and will contact you if a material correction affects an order. Because artworks are made to order, availability and production schedules may change. We may limit quantities or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing error, or inability to produce or deliver the selected configuration.

4. Prices, payment, and taxes

Store prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless another currency is shown at checkout. The total payable amount, including any applicable shipping, taxes, or duties collected by the store, is shown before you submit payment. Payment is processed by the payment providers offered at checkout, including PayPal where available. Your order is not accepted until payment is authorized and we send an order confirmation. Import taxes, customs charges, or local fees not collected at checkout may remain the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.

5. Orders and custom requests

Please review the artwork, size, orientation, delivery address, and contact details before ordering. If we need clarification, production may pause until we receive your reply. Bespoke dimensions, design modifications, or other custom requests are confirmed only when agreed by us in writing, including the specification, price, and estimated schedule. A complimentary wall preview is a visual recommendation and does not replace checking physical measurements, wall condition, installation requirements, or professional advice.

6. Production, shipping, and delivery

Each artwork is made to order. Estimated production and delivery windows are provided in the product description, Shipping Policy, checkout, or order communications. They are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. Delays can occur because of production, carrier, customs, weather, address problems, or events outside our reasonable control. Risk and title transfer as required by applicable law and the delivery terms shown for your order. Please inspect the package promptly and follow our damage-reporting instructions if the artwork arrives damaged.

7. Cancellations, returns, refunds, and damage

Cancellation, return, exchange, refund, and damage procedures are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Made-to-order and personalized items may have different return rights where permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

8. Free Wall Preview and customer materials

If you submit room photographs, measurements, preferences, or other materials for a wall preview or bespoke request, you confirm that you have the right to share them with us. You grant us permission to use those materials only as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, create the preview, provide customer service, and maintain related business records. We do not acquire ownership of your photographs. Please avoid including people, confidential documents, or sensitive personal information in submitted images. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual property

The website and its contents, including artwork designs, images, mockups, photographs, text, graphics, logos, and brand elements, are owned by or licensed to EthansGlassVogue and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchasing an artwork transfers ownership of the physical product only; it does not transfer copyright or grant a right to reproduce, distribute, resell copies, create derivative works, or use the design commercially without our prior written permission.

10. Third-party services and Shopify

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Payments, delivery, analytics, reviews, and other functions may be provided by independent third parties under their own terms and privacy notices. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we do not control or endorse all third-party content. Purchases from EthansGlassVogue are made directly with us, not with Shopify, and Shopify is not responsible for the products sold through this store.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products where such exclusion is lawful. Our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where applicable law does not allow such a limitation. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

12. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims caused by your unlawful misuse of the website, infringement of third-party rights, or material breach of these Terms. This section does not apply to the extent a loss was caused by our act or omission.

13. Severability and waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right.

14. Governing law and consumer rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections available under the law that applies in your place of residence. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts determined under applicable law. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter directly.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, store practices, or legal requirements. The current version and effective date will be posted on this page. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
