What is Premium Crystal AcrylGlass?
Premium Crystal AcrylGlass is a premium acrylic presentation material with a refined, glass-like surface. It is acrylic rather than conventional mineral glass and gives the artwork a clean contemporary presence, impressive clarity and distinctive visual depth.
How thick is the artwork?
The standard Premium Crystal AcrylGlass panel is 3/16 in (5 mm) thick. The optional translucent edition is 1/8 in (3 mm) thick.
How is the standard artwork mounted?
The standard edition includes an aluminum back frame with a concealed metal French cleat. After the corresponding wall rail has been securely installed, the artwork is placed onto the cleat. The concealed rear mounting creates space between the panel and the wall, producing an elegant floating effect.
Does “ready to hang” mean that no installation is required?
The rear hanging system is prepared for installation, but the wall rail must still be securely mounted. Wall construction varies, so use fasteners appropriate for the wall material and the weight of the selected artwork. Two-person or professional installation is recommended for oversized pieces.
Does the standard artwork contain lights?
No. The standard 5 mm edition contains no LEDs, wiring or electrical components and does not require electricity. Its appearance changes naturally with the ambient light and viewing conditions in the room.
Can the artwork be illuminated from behind?
Selected artworks can be made by custom request as a 3 mm translucent edition. It uses perimeter metal standoff bolts rather than a central French-cleat back frame, leaving the area behind the panel available for a customer-supplied LED panel or LED tape. This construction allows light to pass through the artwork and helps minimize obstructions and unwanted shadows behind the image area.
Is an LED system included?
No. LED panels, LED tape, wiring, power supplies, controllers, dimmers and installation services are not included. Availability, compatible sizes, pricing and production time must be confirmed before ordering. Any hardwired electrical work should be performed by a qualified professional in accordance with local requirements.
Where will my artwork be produced?
- Orders for the United States and Canada are produced in the United States or Canada.
- Orders for the United Kingdom and Europe are produced in Germany.
- Orders for Australia and New Zealand are produced in Australia.
Does the artwork include a Certificate of Authenticity?
Every order delivered to the United States or Canada includes a handwritten Certificate of Authenticity.
Where do you ship?
We offer complimentary insured courier delivery worldwide wherever checkout accepts the destination. If your address is not accepted at checkout, contact info@piccolounoarts.com so that availability can be reviewed.
What if my artwork arrives damaged?
If a panel is damaged in transit, EthansGlassVogue will produce and send a replacement at no additional cost. Please photograph the exterior packaging and artwork immediately, retain all packaging materials, and contact us promptly with your order number and photographs so that the damage can be documented with the insured courier.
How long does production take?
Every artwork is made to order. Standard production is usually 5–12 business days. Oversized formats can require up to 20 business days for finishing, inspection and protective packaging. Carrier transit time is additional.
What makes an EthansGlassVogue piece bespoke?
The artwork is considered in relation to your space. Depending on the piece, this may include scale, orientation, crop, palette, finish and display approach.
Can colors or dimensions be adjusted?
They may be, depending on the artwork and proposed format. Adaptations are reviewed individually so that the composition retains its intended balance.
What should I include in a bespoke or Wall Preview inquiry?
Send 2–3 straight-on photographs of the room, approximate wall dimensions, project location, interior palette and any artwork links or visual references. Ethan will personally review the space and prepare a visualization with the artwork and size he believes will suit it best.
What is the return window?
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping, and the artwork must be returned in its original condition and protective packaging. Because each piece is made to order, cancellations are not accepted after an order is placed. Please review the full Refund Policy before purchasing.
How should I care for the artwork?
Clean gently with water and a soft lint-free microfiber cloth. Avoid abrasives, solvents and direct spraying. See Care & Installation for fuller guidance.
